Are you a young woman in Luxembourg who is looking for a chance to demonstrate your leadership skills?
The U.S. Embassy Luxembourg is offering two scholarships for the Women2Women International Leadership Program in Boston this summer. The program will take place from July 20 to July 29, 2023.
If you are between the ages of 15 and 19, apply by May 26 for one of the two scholarships!
The scholarship covers international flights, visa costs, full program fees, housing, transportation, and travel health insurance.

About the program:
Empower Peace created this 10–day program to give young female leaders, ages 15 to 19, the tools they need to be successful in our global community. You‘ll get to meet and learn from prominent leaders doing important work in government, media, business, science, technology, and non–profit. You‘ll also participate in team–building activities, leadership development exercises, skills building and cultural activities.
Application and Eligibility
Emerging female leaders between the ages of 15 and 19 are welcome to apply. We encourage applicants of all ethnicities, religious backgrounds, and socioeconomic status. To be eligible for the U.S. Embassy Luxembourg scholarships, applicants must have Luxembourgish nationality or be a permanent resident in Luxembourg.
Empower Peace requires proof of vaccination against COVID-19 to take part in the program.
NOTE: Candidates with U.S. citizenship are not eligible for the scholarships.
Two Luxembourg applicants will be chosen to take part in the W2W program this summer in Boston and will be awarded scholarships from the U.S. Embassy in Luxembourg.
