The only way to pay the visa application processing fee (MRV fee) in Luxembourg is on the date of your appointment in cash at the Embassy, before your interview with the consular officer. The fee must be paid in cash, Euros or US$. We do not accept payment by V-PAY or credit card, or any form of advance payment. If your visa application is denied, this fee is non-refundable.
